Any dates provided by Monster Motorsport for delivery of goods must be viewed as an estimate and a guide only Items in stock will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of order. We reserve the right to decide how best to dispatch your order to you. In general small packages will usually be sent via Royal Mail, and may require signing for. Royal Mail parcels whilst usually arriving next day can take up to 14 working days to arrive.
Medium sized and larger packages will usually be sent via courier and will require signing for. The courier will only attempt 2 deliveries to your address. If both deliveries are unsuccessful (if you are not available to sign for the goods) the goods will be taken back to the Courier’s depot and you will need to visit their depot in person with proof of ID to collect the goods. If the goods are returned to the Courier’s depot and you require them to be re-delivered to your address again, this will be chargeable at ten pounds. If you do not collect the goods within 3 working days following the return to the depot, the goods will be returned to us, and you will be charged £10.00 off the cost of any refund due. At this point a re-delivery back out to you will be chargeable at original delivery price.
No warranty other than that provided by the products manufacturer is supplied by Monster Motorsport. Warranty is registered only to the original purchaser of the goods and is not transferable to another person. Any warranty will be null and void if the product has been modified in any way after sale, incorrectly fitted. Product warranty will never exceed the cost of the original goods. Neither ourselves nor any product warranty cover cost of installation or fitting or refitting of items whatsoever.
Damaged Packages & shortages: If when you receive your goods and you believe them to faulty /short, you must inform us in writing (email is acceptable) as soon as is practicable after receiving your goods. Your statutory rights are not affected. Unwanted Goods: You have a right to cancel the contract within 7 days starting the day after receiving delivery of the goods, following which you must inform us in writing and the goods must be returned to us immediately at your cost. We expect the items to be returned in original packaging. No refunds whatsoever will be given on goods that that show signs of being installed, modified, scratched or defaced in any way. It is your responsibility to pay for the return of goods and ensure that they are adequately insured, and returned in good order, including packaging.
i) Any bodystyling product that has been supplied ready painted is a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ii) Any body styling that has been painted or primed by you cannot be returned once purchased. Therefore please ensure any styling or bodypart fits your vehicle prior to spraying. This does not affect your statutory rights.
iii)Wheels that are ordered fitted with tyres are a custom order and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
iv) Custom Matsets are to be seen as a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
